Ningbo Jiangbei Xinye Metal Products Co., Ltd. was established in 1996. Initially a family business, it remains a small to medium-sized enterprise managed by the owners.
Xinye is located in Ningbo Jiangbei Industrial Zone. Through the high-speed rail network, it can be reached within 3 hours from Shanghai International Airport.
The company's total production area is 16,000 square meters, with an additional 11,000 square meters of construction land.
The total number of employees is 130, including 80 production personnel and 50 engaged in product research and development, engineering technology, quality control, and supporting work including management.

Our precise sample production process ensures your requirements are met exactly. We leverage our extensive experience, strict quality control, and advanced equipment for superior results.

Drawing confirmation: Customer provides detailed engineering drawings and our technical team will carefully review the drawings to ensure all details are clear.

Cost Calculation and Quotation: Calculate the production cost comprehensively, including raw material costs, processing cost, tooling cost, packing cost and so on, and then provide a detailed quotation to the customer.

Sample Production if required: Purchase raw materials that meet the requirement and confirm the samples processing.

Samples inspection and delivery: Provide the full dimension test report, material certificate and ensure that the samples meet all the requirements of the customer.



3. Customer Sample Feedback
We value customer feedback on our samples to ensure complete satisfaction before proceeding to mass production.


4. Bulk Order Production
After sample approval, we proceed with large-scale custom production with strict quality control.

Mass Production: After the sample is approved, make production tasks according to the production plan, assign work to relevant production personnel and ensure that each process carried out in an orderly manner. Set up multiple quality inspection points during the production process.

Packaging and Delivery: To ensure that the products are not damaged during transportation. Select appropriate packaging materials and methods according to the characteristics of the products, provide relevant delivery documents.
